Pain In The...

I know I'll get no sympathy from Ali on this since she's already told me several times to put some ice on it, but to be honest, I don't think ice is going to be the actual cure for whatever it is that has currently got me enduring constant pain.

For the past week my right shoulder - particularly the backside of it - has been causing me a lot of grief. I should go to a doctor or chiropractor or something, but I've been so busy I can't even take the time to book an appointment (not to mention, I'm told I'll probably be outta luck tryingto find a doc that's accepting new patients.)

If you have any idea what it is I might be dealing with - or you have a solution - feel free to share your diagnosis, prescription, or opinion.

Now what did I do with that bag of frozen peas?
