Alright, as requested here are my before and after pics. For those of you may be wondering "before and after what?" - since January 9th I've lost a total of 42 pounds on the L.A. Weightloss program.

I have to apologize for the quality of the pics...I had to resize them and it caused them to come out kinda grainy - but for what it's worth - here ya go...

Okay - the first couple are of me and my little guy Garrett...He used to find my tummy really comfy for snuggling. It was nice and fluffy.

Now - brace yourself - here's a "before" shot from last summer when I tried a so-called diet pill that didn't work too well...as a matter of fact it didn't seem to work at all...

Sorry about that...Now here's one from this past February with me and my sweety, Gwen after I had lost about 10 pounds...I thought I was lookin' pretty good at the time.

Alright...here ya go...this is me as of yesterday - with a pair of pants I was wearing regularly up until a few short months ago.
